I couldn’t recall when Del and I made this for dinner but I can still remember that it was AWESOME! I’m taking advantage of Delbert’s innate cooking abilities, being ex-restauranteur maybe helped.
I remember getting this balsamic in costco and finally I’m able to use it in the kitchen. I thought this is good with a mix of olive for a baguette, but it tastes different than the usual combination.
We made it spicy but not as much, though it looks like we put a lot of dried red peppers.
Just mixed veggies of our choice and viola! DONEsies!
