Nothing ordinary for DECIEM

I’ve tried so many products for skincare routine and different skin regimens but for a bang for the buck, The Ordinary is always going to be number 1. I discovered this accidentally near Yonge-Bloor area. I was walking around during lunch time and I saw this “NOT BAY” sign in Yorkville. I got curious and felt the need to enter and surely, it wasn’t a mistake. Their product is effective for me and super affordable. I would still buy Kheil’s for their age defender line,

It comes with Squalane Cleanser (50ml), Salicylic Acid 2% Masque (50ml), Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (30ml), and Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (30ml)

I had the Liquid Primer previously and I felt like I’m wasting some of it. And it also feels odd using the dropper for primer.

Someone told me that I should use this every other day instead of daily. So I do, on some areas that I want to lighten up. I suffer from hyperpigmentation after a breakout, so this help clears it out along with other Ordinary and Khiel’s products

Adventures and Trial Runs

New things I’m trying this season. Glycolic Acid – I usually don’t use alcohol base as toning solution and it says that this is alcohol free, so perfect. Vitamin C – my skin work well with Pixie Vitamin C solution if and that usually cost $20+, this one is less than $10!!!! Okay, Mandelic Acid is something I’m really curious about, so I don’t have any other things to say about this as of the moment.

The Usual and Go-To

Well of course, this is the staple! Always refilling these products and I couldn’t replace them with anything else. The Buffet is for AM*PM, same goes with Alpha Arbutin. Hyaluronic Acid is something I do every other day. I had some breakouts in the beginning but I’m good with it now.

I’m not expert on skincare products but these products are cost effective for me and also, worth every penny especially for those who are on a budget.
